Domenico began his collaboration with the Firm’s Tax Department in 2024, as Associate.
Working in the Milan office, he focuses on ordinary tax consulting, both national and international, with a specific focus on direct and indirect taxation. He provides support in the preparation of corporate tax compliance activities. He has also gained experience in assisting with extraordinary transactions, carrying out tax due diligence activities.
Before joining CMS, Domenico began his career in the tax department of a legal and tax firm that was part of an international network.
