Elena Papa is a Senior Associate in the Corporate/M&A Department.
Elena regularly advises Italian and international companies, as well as investment funds, on complex corporate transactions. Her areas of expertise include mergers, demergers, acquisitions (both share deals and asset deals), as well as private equity and venture capital investments and transactions. Elena assists clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including transaction structuring and negotiation, legal due diligence, corporate secretarial activities and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements.
She has also developed specific expertise in the implementation of sustainability criteria within corporate governance frameworks.
