CMS assisted Telecom Italia S.p.A. (TIM) and TIM Ventures S.r.l. in the recent investments in the American ORAN Holdings Company Inc. and in Wallife S.p.A.. The transactions were structured, respectively, as a purchase of preferred shares representing a minority interest in ORAN, and a subscription of participating financial instruments of Wallife.
