Emanuela Di Muzio advises banks, international groups and venture capital and private equity funds in financing transactions, in setting up cash-pooling structures, in acquisition finance transactions and in debt restructuring transactions.
She advises insurance groups in their turnarounds process taking care of regulatory and corporate aspects, in structuring and distributing complex financial insurance products with dynamic management as well as insurance mediators in respect to regulatory matters on insurance mediation sector.
