Federica Monaco is a Junior Associate in the Tax Department of the Firm and is based in the Rome office.
Federica specialises in tax litigation and tax advisory, with particular experience in handling tax assessment proceedings, tax audits and appeals before the Tax Courts and Supreme Court of Cassation.
She advises companies and individuals on domestic and international matters. Her work includes the preparation of tax returns and compliance filings, advisory on direct and indirect taxes, and the management of tax disputes at all stages of the proceedings, from the investigation phase through to the resolution of the dispute.
