CMS expands and strengthens its tax practice with new partner Francesco delli Falconi and team

CMS continues to expand its tax practice in Italy, strengthening its leadership position in employment tax with the arrival of partner Francesco delli Falconi and his team.

Francesco has extensive experience in the area of employment taxation and personal tax profiles. For the last 20 years he has been an equity partner at SCGT - Studio di Consulenza Giuridico-Tributaria, where he specialised in providing tax and fiscal assistance to Italian and international, mostly large, companies and organisations in the field of human resources management.

Previously, he worked in leading Italian and international legal and tax consulting firms.

He graduated cum laude in Economics and Commerce from the University of Rome 'La Sapienza' and is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Rome and the Italian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

He was a member of the expert committee on fiscal and economic policy of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers in the 63rd government of the Italian Republic.

He is joined at CMS by Giovanna Chiarandà, Federica Monaco and Giuseppe Attanasio, all of whom are associates.
