Filippo specialises in advising insurance companies, brokers, MGAs, at both national and international levels and his expertise encompasses claims management, dispute resolution (e.g., D&O, P.I., P.O., MedMal, G.L. Cyber).
Prior to joining CMS, Filippo gained valuable experience and knowledge of insurance regulations (e.g., IDD, POG) working directly within insurance companies and brokers.
