Francesco Sabatino has begun his collaboration with the Firm in 2006 in the Milan office. He is a member of the Corporate/M&A and Real Estate teams as Counsel.
During his career Francesco has gained considerable experience in real estate and corporate law including extended skills in commercial agreements such as procurement, real estate development and renewable energies contracts.
His activity concentrates on extraordinary corporate transactions and real estate acquisitions. In this context, Francesco Sabatino provides assistance to numerous national and multinational companies. He also has developed a solid expertise in corporate governance, with specific reference to the liability of the members of corporate boards. Francesco Sabatino also assists clients in the fintech and innovative start-up sectors
