CMS, one of the top ten international law firms, has assisted Jefferies, a leading investment bank, for the lease of new offices in Milan in Corso Matteotti 5 owned by Primo RE fund managed by Prelios SGR S.p.A. assisted by global law firm Ashurst.
More in detail, the new offices are located in the quadrilateral area and include the entire second floor of the building.
In this transaction, Jefferies has been assisted, for all the related activities by CMS, by the partner Dietmar Zischg and the counsel Francesco Sabatino.
