Lavinia Parma began her collaboration with the Firm in 2015 as Senior Associate.
Lavinia provides assistance and representation in tax administrative proceedings. She assists companies and individuals in the analysis and resolution of problems relating to tax law and in relations with the tax authorities when applying for refunds of direct and indirect taxes and in the pre-litigation phase. She provides legal and tax advice, drafting of legal opinions on direct, indirect and municipal taxes.
She also provides legal advice with reference to the Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 as a collaborator of various Supervisory Bodies.
