Luca joined CMS's Tax Department in 2020.
Based in the Milan office, Luca assists clients with tax compliance-matters related to direct and indirect taxation. He also provides advice on financial taxation and withholding tax issues.
Luca regularly assists companies in preparing periodic tax calculations and payments, which includes preparing annual tax returns, periodical tax filings and other tax-related reporting obligations. He also advises on the preparation of tax rulings and drafting memorandum on tax issues.
He boasts expertise in domestic and international reorganisations vis-à-vis tax planning and post-acquisition integration.
Before joining CMS, Luca worked in the tax department of a major international law firm and has secondment experience with an Italian-listed company.
