Marco Iannacci began his collaboration with the firm in 2000 and is currently co-head of the Administrative law team in the quality of Partner. 

He assists the firm with its national and international clients with matters concerning administrative law, public procurement, environmental issues, trade regulation, and commercial litigation.  He also has significant experience with respect to regulatory aspects related to environmental and administrative due diligence processes in the Italian territory. 

Marco provides assistance in litigation before the Regional Administrative Courts and the State Council with regards to public contracts for works, supplies and services and concessions; assistance in proceedings before ANAC (National Anti-Corruption Authority); advice and assistance to contracting authorities and entities in the activities relating to the management of public tenders.
