Melissa Cusinatti began her collaboration with the firm in 2006 in the Milan office. She is a member of the Litigation Department in her quality of Counsel.
During the course of her career Melissa has acquired considerable experience in civil, arbitration and antitrust litigation both at the national and international levels and has particular expertise in commercial and corporate dispute resolution. In this field she has gained considerable experience in commercial and corporate law disputes with particular reference to disputes concerning unfair competition, protection of industrial property, lawsuits for damages from pre-contractual, contractual and extra-contractual liability, disputes relating to corporate relationships (in reference to disputes between shareholders), disputes concerning the liability of directors and auditors.
Melissa has also provided legal assistance in bankruptcy proceedings and in the so-called minor bankruptcy procedures (with particular reference to the procedures of arrangement with creditors, bankruptcy agreements and extraordinary administration).
Melissa has a strong expertise in transport and logistics law and assistance in disputes relating to international transport contracts.
Melissa’s area of practice include assistance to individuals in family law and inheritance matters for national and international clients.
Melissa is a member of the Milan Bar Association
