Pasquale began his collaboration with the Firm’s TMC Department in 2022, as Senior Associate.
Pasquale has gained a broad experience in the field of data protection, he manages GDPR compliance projects of national and international companies. He also provides legal advice on IT law, consumer protection, advertising, unfair commercial practices and tourism law.
From May 2021 to June 2022, Pasquale has been seconded to a leading multinational in the medical device industry, involved in the privacy assessment of the Group and advising on IT contracts with partners and suppliers.
Pasquale was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2017 and he is currently signed up at the Bar Association of Bologna. He has been a Certified International Privacy Professional – EU (CIPP/E), since 2020 and he is a member of the IAPP (International Association Privacy Professionals). He has published articles on specialized websites and he has attended conferences and seminars.
