Vincenzo Giangiacomo is head of the Commercial Contracts Department at CMS. He joined the firm in 2003 and became partner in 2012.

He provides advisory services on general commercial matters and assists national and international clients with the negotiation, drafting and conclusion of commercial agreements, in particular on distribution matters. Vincenzo also assists his clients from various sectors, including petroleum, chemicals, publishing and energy in the context of civil litigation, particularly on matters of commercial law, a sector in which he has accumulated a significant expertise. 

He is also active in commercial arbitration area, where he assists and represents national and international clients.
