Vincenzo Giangiacomo is head of the Commercial Contracts Department at CMS. He joined the firm in 2003 and became Partner in 2012.
He advises domestic and international clients on the negotiation, drafting and termination of commercial agreements in general, with a particular focus on distribution agreements, as well as on procurement matters. His clients operate across a range of industries, including automotive, construction, consumer goods and technology services.
Vincenzo also represents clients in civil litigation, particularly in commercial law matters, an area in which he has developed significant experience.
He is also active in arbitration, representing domestic and international clients in both administered and ad hoc arbitration proceedings, including international proceedings, in connection with commercial disputes.
