Imballaggi Fidaleo Rinaldo Srl and FGI Acanfora SpA have announced the establishment of an industrial joint venture aimed at creating a more competitive player in the industrial packaging sector, with an aggregate turnover of approximately EUR 30 million and 140 employees.
The transaction involved the entry of FGI Acanfora SpA into the share capital of the “Packaging” business unit of Imballaggi Fidaleo Rinaldo Srl.
The international law firm CMS advised Imballaggi Fidaleo Rinaldo on all corporate aspects of the transaction, through a team composed of Partners Paolo Bonolis and Stefano Giuliano, Counsel Danilo Festeggiato and Senior Associate Marta Puccini.
FGI Acanfora was assisted by KPMG: for tax matters by Associate Partners Riccardo Di Stefano and Luciano Lombardi, together with Managers Gabriele Girini and Federica Quaglietta; for financial advisory and due diligence services by Partner Adriano Gaetani and Manager Sara Abbrugia; and for legal assistance by Partner Alberto Cirillo and Director Valeria Virzì.
