Marie is a Senior Associate in CMS Luxembourg Corporate M&A practice.
She is involved in commercial and corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions including cross-border company restructuring.
Before joining CMS, she worked several years in an advisory firm in Luxembourg. During this time, she built a solid experience in international Corporate and M&A transactions, setting-up companies and implementing complex international structures.
Marie is a qualified lawyer admitted to the Luxembourg Bar since 2021.
