Banking and Finance Associate

As part of your duties, you will be responsible for analyzing and summarizing legal files, conducting in-depth research across various areas of law, and contributing to the development of the legal strategy to be adopted.

You will draft legal documents, opinions, consultations, pleadings, and correspondence.

You may also be tasked with coordinating communications with external counsel when necessary, as well as preparing for hearings where applicable.

Additionally, you will play an active role in client relationship management and contribute to the firm’s business development efforts.
