We are seeking a Private Clients Associate  

We are seeking a talented and motivated Legal Associate to join our Private Clients practice. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a wide range of matters involving private international law, wealth and estate planning, advisory work, and litigation.

Your Responsibilities

As part of our Private Clients team, you will:

• Advise high‑net‑worth individuals and families on matters involving private international law, cross‑border structuring, and conflict‑of‑law issues.
• Assist in the design and implementation of estate planning, wealth structuring, and asset protection strategies.
• Draft legal memoranda, advisory notes, contracts, and various legal documents.
• Conduct in‑depth legal research and contribute to the development of tailored legal solutions for clients.
• Support the handling of litigation matters related to private clients, including the preparation of submissions and coordination with external counsel when necessary.
• Participate in client meetings, contribute to ongoing case management, and help maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
• Contribute to the business development efforts of the practice, including preparing proposals and participating in client‑facing initiatives.

Your Profile

• Strong academic background in private international law, civil law, or related fields.
• Prior experience in private client work, estate planning, or litigation is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and research skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client‑oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
