Olivier Marquet, Managing Partner, in charge of our Banking & Finance practice, and Alexia Delaunay, Counsel in our Real Estate & Construction practice, had the honour and pleasure of acting as experts, alongside Jennifer Palapacuer, Project Manager at the AMSF, in the training course "Real Estate Law - Anti-money laundering legislation and real estate agents" organised by the Institut Monégasque de Formation aux Professions Judiciaires (IMFPJ) in partnership with the Monégasque Chamber of Real Estate, for professionals involved in property transactions.
