Alexia Delaunay is a Counsel in the Real Estate & Construction team.

She advises and assists clients in all types of real estate matters. With her expertise in economic and business law, Alexia’s practice focuses mostly on leases, real estate transactional protocols, transfer of properties and leasehold rights, real estate contract audits, rental disputes and the collection of rent receivables. She has also developed a practice in the regulation of the real estate business in Monaco.

After acquiring more than seven years of experience as a lawyer within Parisian law firms in economic law, Alexia joined the firm in June 2020.
