On June 12th, the second edition of "La Matinée Immobilière" took place — our annual meeting between real estate professionals and stakeholders in Monaco — organised and hosted by Sophie Marquet, Marion Cabanès, and Alexia Delaunay from our Real Estate & Construction team.
The 2025 edition featured the following topics:
- Commercial lease agreements: key steps and points of attention up to effective operation
- Renovation works in co-ownership: how to successfully carry out projects while avoiding pitfalls
- Case law review in real estate: highlights from 2024–2025
