Marion Cabanès is a Counsel in both the Real Estate & Construction and Employment teams.

She advises Monegasque and international clients such as companies, high net worth individuals and institutional clients in various matters, essentially in litigation cases.

With her expertise, Marion handles litigation in the areas of commercial and residential leases, real estate and construction law, as well as pre-litigation and settlements in all areas of real estate law. She also assists employers in complex disputes with employees.

Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Marion worked as a lawyer for more than 10 years in several French law firms.
