A look back at "La Matinée CMSocial" held on January 29, 2026.
Hosted by Sophie Marquet and Robin Svara, both Partners in our Employment Law team, the conference provided an opportunity to address the topics that are currently driving the field.
On the agenda:
- A highly anticipated focus on the arrival of contractual termination in Monegasque law: the terms of its implementation, the opportunities it offers and the risks to be anticipated;
- An overview of labour case law in 2025 with an accessible analysis of the major decisions of the year, including the Court of Review's decisive ruling on the applicability of the national collective agreement and the Supreme Court's decision concerning the dismissal of a protected employee.
