Robin Svara is a Partner at CMS Monaco and co-head of the Employment Law team.

Robin advises employers, such as companies/groups of companies from various sectors or even private individuals, on complex employment law matters. His expertise focuses mostly on individual litigations, situations of moral harassment and collective redundancies.

Prior to joining CMS Monaco in January 2023, Robin practiced as a lawyer in Paris in a firm specialising in advising companies on employment law
