This name change expresses the reality of our firm. A Monegasque law firm, major player in the Principality of Monaco, reference on its areas of expertise, dynamic and in expansion. We built our firm around complementary expertise where synergy is our strength and our difference. 

Our history 

Our firm was established in 2009 and became part of CMS in July 2017. CMS Pasquier Ciulla Marquet & Pastor has succeeded in developing its fields of expertise while preserving its culture and quality standards.

In addition to our strong local roots, we have built up a leading international practice, with several specialised and multilingual teams who work regularly with private clients, banks and financial institutions, Monaco businesses, companies and investors.

Our scope of business is both international, due to the variety of our clients (private clients, international and local companies, banks and financial entities), and local, since we provide expertise via teams specialised in Monegasque law.
