Stephan Pastor is the Managing Partner of CMS Monaco and head of the Business Law team.

Recognised as a leading practitioner by independent international directories, Stephan assists his clients in all aspects of Monegasque business law. He provides strategic advice on a wide range of matters, including compliance, corporate law, M&A transactions, legal audits and due diligence and data protection. His expertise also includes corporate tax law and criminal proceedings. He has been involved in many significant cases on the Monegasque market.

Stephan is also involved in high-stakes cross-border contentious matters. Having a strong track record in all areas of civil and commercial litigation, he successfully represents a large spectrum of international companies, firms and individuals before the Monegasque Courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Stephan was a lawyer at some of the largest law firms in Paris.
