Stephan Pastor is a Partner at CMS Monaco. He is the head of the Business Law team and co-head of the Tax team.

Recognized as leading individual by independent international directories, Stephan brings over 10 years of experience to his clients on all aspects of Monegasque business law. He provides strategic advice on a wide range of matters, including compliance, corporate law, M&A transactions, legal audits and due diligence, data protection and sports law. He was present in many significant and innovative matters on the Monegasque market, assisting his clients in complex legal challenges.

Stephan is also involved in high-stakes cross-border contentious matters. Having a strong track record in all areas of civil and commercial litigation, he successfully represents a large spectrum of international companies, firms and individuals before the Monegasque Courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Stephan was working as lawyer in some of the largest law firms in Paris.
