CMS Pasquier Ciulla Marquet & Pastor signs Monaco’s National Energy Transition Pact

CMS Pasquier Ciulla Marquet & Pastor annonces its adherence to the National Energy Transition Pact (the Pact), which was formalised yesterday by the signing of the Commitment Charter, in the distinguished presence, notably, of Mrs Marie-Pierre Gramaglia, Minister of Public Works, the Environment and Urban Development, and Mrs Annabelle Jaeger-Seydoux, Director of the Mission for Energy Transition. This Charter complements the Action Plan and Summary of greenhouse gas emissions, both of which had already been shared with the Mission for Energy Transition (MTE).
The Pact focuses on three main themes: mobility, waste and energy.
The firm commits to promoting sustainable mobility solutions for the commutes between home and the office, as well as to initiating a reflection on the opportunity of teleworking. In addition to this, the firm undertakes to train its staff on selective waste-sorting, to use green and biodegradable products for the cleaning of its premises, to engage in a dematerialisation process for its documents and to replace plastic bottles and cups with a water fountain system and re-usable bottles. Finally, while its premises are already equipped with LED lights and double glazed windows, the firm commits to shutting down its electrical applicances at night and on the week-end, and respond to surveys in case an energy audit is carried out in its building.
