Coralie Trudon is a Counsel in the Business Law team.
She acts for Monegasque and foreign clients and assists them with their corporate and commercial law-related matters with a nexus with Monaco. She is particularly involved in complex operations of acquisition, sale of assets and internal restructuring, both domestic and international.
She also advises and assists companies and shareholders with corporate and commercial disputes arising from their activities in Monaco.
Before joining the firm in 2019, Coralie worked as a French M&A lawyer for three and a half years at a Parisian law firm.
