Coralie Trudon is a Middle Associate in the Business Law team.

She acts for Monegasque and foreign clients and assists them with all company and commercial law-related matters with a nexus with Monaco, including business acquisition and sale transactions, internal restructuring operations, and company and joint venture creation.

She also advises and assists companies and shareholders with corporate and commercial disputes arising out of their activities in Monaco.

Before joining the firm in 2019, Coralie worked as a French Avocat à la cour, for three and a half years, at a Parisian law firm.
