CMS Monaco advised Global on its acquisition of Riviera Radio

Global, the Media & Entertainment group, has acquired Riviera Radio, an English-language radio station that broadcasts live from Monaco across the Principality and the South of France including Nice, Cannes, Antibes, and Saint Tropez on 106.5 MHz, on DAB+ and online to listeners around the world.

Riviera Radio was founded in 1987 and is the only English-language service in the French Riveria, providing entertainment and news as well as partnering with high-profile events, including the Cannes Film Festival and the Monaco Grand Prix.
