Juliette Henaff is an Advanced Associate in the Private Clients team.
She assists private clients, both Monegasque residents and individuals based overseas, in the area of international private law. Juliette intervenes mostly in cases with several foreign aspects, both in litigation and in an advisory capacity. Her main practice areas are divorce, liquidation of the matrimonial regime, inheritance and wealth planning.
Before joining our Private Clients team in March 2021, Juliette worked at a law firm specialising in cross-border and international private law, and then in Paris, in the areas of structured finance and asset management, both in internal and international law.
