Samy Ben Oliel is an Advanced Associate in the CMS Monaco Banking & Finance team.

He advises banks and asset management companies on banking and financial regulation, financing, and fintech/crypto matters.

He assists clients with regulatory compliance issues, the structuring of financing transactions, and the formation, acquisition, and restructuring of credit institutions and asset management companies. He has also developed expertise in insurance law.

Before joining CMS Monaco, he practiced at a Monegasque law firm.
