Wahid Belaghlem is a Senior Associate within the Banking & Finance team.
He advises and assists a clientele consisting of leading banking institutions in their civil, commercial and criminal litigation, addressing a wide range of issues, including debt recovery, collateral enforcement, bank fraud, and the liability of credit institutions.
Before joining the firm in 2023, Wahid worked as a lawyer in Paris for 7 years, particularly within internationally renowned law firms. He also taught civil procedure and contract law at the University of Paris-Saclay.
