Benjamín focuses his practice on real estate and corporate law. He has experience in the preparation of contracts, such as lease agreements, purchase and sale contracts, provision of services, sports sponsorship, among others; as well as in the creation of bylaws of legal entities, reviewing several corporate books and giving advice to big companies to know the extent of their obligations and possible civil liability.
He has special interest in the regulation of sports corporations and associations, knowing the requirements to join CONADE and how to implement them, foreseeing the steps to follow from their creation.
Benjamín also enjoys academia, serving as an adjunct professor of Obligations and Roman Law at the Universidad Iberoamericana and the Universidad Panamericana, so in his spare time he pursues writing, study and content creation in social media. This has provided him with a strong theoretical basis for legal practice, giving him a better approach in the planning of legal strategies and greater precision in the drafting of legal documents.
