Fernando is an associate in the practice areas of infrastructure projects and project finance. During the last year, Fernando focused his professional career bidding procedures for the awarding of contracts, concessions, licenses and permits, as well as in the drafting and negotiation of the legal documents for the financing of infrastructure projects and advice of operating projects
Besides, in CMS Mexico he has involved in labor consulting, labor audits, labor inspections, implementation of hiring schemes and elaboration of labor agreements.
