Gabriela is an associate in the areas of infrastructure and project finance and has experience in financial law, restructuring/refinancing of subnational debt, corporate law, arbitration and investigation/consulting.

 Her practice is currently focused on the structuring and implementation of projects, advising public and private sector clients in contracting procedures for the granting/obtaining of administrative concessions, construction contracts and PPP contracts; as well as in the implementation of project finance transactions (including their payment vehicles and guarantees).

 Prior to joining CMS, Gabriela worked at recognized law firms specializing in financial regulatory, capital markets, M&A, project finance, administrative law and arbitration.

Relevant experience

State of Mexico Government. Participated in the restructuring and refinancing of the State of Mexico's debt in 2018.

 Altán Redes. Participated as part of the advisors during the insolvency proceeding of Altán Redes.

 Credit Institutions. Participated in the advising of different credit institutions for financing, as well as the structuring of the source of payment and guarantee of several projects, among others:

 In the construction of a highway in the State of Veracruz.

  • In the construction of a highway in the State of Mexico.

In the construction of a highway in the State of San Luis Potosí
