Raúl works as an associate at CMS Mexico focusing on the Real Estate and Corporate practices. He advises domestic and international clients on real estate and transactional matters. His experience includes drafting and negotiating lease and purchase and sale agreements, as well as structuring contractual frameworks for the development of real estate projects.
He plays an active role in due diligence process and in drafting and negotiating transactional documents. He also provides ongoing advice on day-to-day real estate matters.
Prior to joining CMS Mexico, he practiced at law firms in Cancún and Mexico City, building a solid foundation in real estate law across various sectors.
