Miguel Ángel Aspe is a lawyer specializing in corporate and tax law, with experience in the structuring of financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory, and regulatory matters related to the Mexican securities market.

He is currently part of the team at CMS Woodhouse Lorente Ludlow, where he focuses on tax planning and litigation, structuring of financing and investments, and providing advice on compliance matters. He has worked on key projects for national and international clients, offering practical and efficient solutions for managing tax and regulatory risks in the context of complex transactions.

 Miguel Ángel holds a law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and a Master of Corporate Law (MCL) from the University of Cambridge, where he was a recipient of a Chevening Scholarship awarded by the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

He is a member of Robinson College, Cambridge and the Cambridge University Mexican Association (CUMEXSOC).
