Pablo Torres

Pablo is an associate at CMS and focuses his practice on Corporate, Finance, and Infrastructure Law. He advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance. He also has experience advising investment funds on their formation and on acquisition and divestment transactions. Pablo regularly advises clients on local and cross-border financing transactions, including syndicated loans, secured financings, and private capital transactions. He has significant experience working with financial institutions and a strong understanding of the financial services sector. As part of his infrastructure practice, Pablo advises clients on obtaining concessions, licenses, and permits required to operate in Mexico, as well as on bidding procedures
