Stephanie is an associate at CMS Mexico and has solid experience in financial and banking law, structured projects, and public debt. She has worked at high-level institutions, including Banco Nacional de Obras y Servicios Públicos (Banobras), where she actively participated in the structuring, negotiation, and formalization of credit agreements, trusts, and public debt, restructuring processes for the federal government and state and municipal governments, as well as for private companies.
She has advised on the negotiation of various financial instruments, including swaps and repurchase agreements, and drafted specialized legal opinions. She has also played a prominent role in the creation and reform of laws and statutes at both the local and federal levels, including negotiation on the legislative process, managing proposals with legislative and administrative authorities.
