Foreign investment screening (FDI)

While previously in the Netherlands there was little or no need to pay attention to foreign investment (FDI) screening for national security purposes, this has changed due to EU and national legislation becoming effective. We advise clients on this front and, where appropriate, assist them in proceedings before the Investment Supervision Office in The Hague.
