CMS advised Broekhuis Dealer Holding B.V. on the acquisition of two Ten Tusscher branches in the Netherlands. Ten Tusscher is a renowned cycling shop with a long history. It has a strong regional function and successfully links its name to many cycling events.
In 2022, Broekhuis acquired several other cycling shops in the Netherlands. After the acquisition of Ten Tusscher, Broekhuis' bicycle division has 5 cycling shops with a total of 125 employees.
The takeover of Ten Tusscher in the east of the country fits in with the ambition to grow further in the bicycle business and eventually to cover the entire catchment area. With this, Broekhuis fulfils its strategy of broadening its mobility offering.
