CMS has advised Accor Hospitality Nederland (Accor) on the sale of Mercure Hotel Nieuwegein to Fletcher Hotels.
Accor is one of the world's largest hotel companies and operates, besides Mercure hotels, seven other hotel brands in the Netherlands: ibis, ibis budget, ibis Styles, Novotel, Pullman, MGallery and Sofitel.
Roman Tarlavski led the team comprising Abbas Ali Hyder, Katja Van Kranenburg, Stephanie Dekker, Arnout Scholten and Ramon Pop.
