Roman Tarlavski is a partner in our Corporate/M&A Practice Group. His particular emphasis is on cross-border M&A, structured joint ventures and private equity transactions. Roman has extensive experience in the hotel and TMT industry and is considered to be one of the leading lawyers for hotel-related matters in the Dutch market.

Roman joined CMS in 2002 as a partner from Andersen Legal where he had worked since 1993.
