    CMS has advised Arkance Systems in connection with its acquisition of Itannex, a Dutch software supplier of CAD and BIM solutions.

    Arkance Systems is a software developer for the construction industry and an Autodesk Platinum reseller active in France, Benelux, Poland, Finland, the Czech and Slovak Republics and Hungary. Arkance Systems is a member of the Monnoyeur Group.
