CMS has advised Arkessa on its acquisition of Sim Services.
Sim Services is a Dutch independent provider of sim cards and services in the area of M2M (Machine to Machine) and IoT (Internet of Things) communication.
Arkessa is a leading M2M managed service provider and delivers connectivity services and solutions world-wide. Arkessa has offices in the UK, Europe and the US.
