CMS has advised Bynder in connection with its acquisition of We adapt.
We adapt is based in Amsterdam and has developed a creative management platform for data driven video advertising which enables its clients to automate and scale the creation and distribution of their video advertising. Bynder has developed a digital asset management platform to help its clients to easily create, find and use (marketing) content. Bynder has offices in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Londen, Boston, Barcelona and Dubai.
