CMS has advised Safecto Group, part of Systematic Growth, on its acquisition of Lifehammer. Lifehammer is known for its world-famous safety hammer and is further involved in the developing, producing, packaging and selling of automotive safety products.
Systematic Growth is a leading Swedish company builder specialised in building and developing European corporate groups together with business owners. Safecto was founded in 2024 and is Systematic Growth's platform within fire safety, industrial protection, advanced detection solutions and automotive safety products. The acquisition enables Lifehammer to further expand its international sales through Safecto's global network.
