CMS and Bech Bruun have advised Scan Global Logistics, a Danish globally active shipping and logistics company, on the acquisition of Gelder Forwarding, a Dutch company specialised in air, ocean and road forwarding services. As a result of the acquisition, Scan Global expects to expand and scale their airfreight services and increase their market share in transport services for the technology sector. The CMS team was headed by Cecilia van der Weijden and further comprised Marco Boudens and Martijn van der Bie.
