CMS appoints lawyer Alexander IJkelenstam as counsel as per 1 July 2023. With this appointment, CMS strengthens its administrative law practice.
Alexander has been an administrative lawyer at CMS since March 2016. He advises and litigates in the areas of general administrative law, environmental and nature conservation law, and freedom of government information law. In this context, Alexander and his team also regularly contribute to M&A and real estate transactions.
